I would like to take a moment to tell you about our program. The Clarkstown Stars is a travel baseball organization located in the Town of Clarkstown, in Rockland County, NY. Over 200 youngsters from ages 7 to 19 participate in our program.   The growth and success of the STARS is anchored by our philosophy of preparing the younger players for High School Baseball through teaching and reinforcement of the games fundamental skills, while instilling confidence and sportsmanship for use in all aspects of their lives.

 

Our teams play in the traveling divisions of the American Amateur Baseball Congress (AABC), along with two American legion Teams. Although our regular season is played locally, our success at the state level has made us eligible for regional and national play, which takes place in various parts of the United States. Last year, we won the state championships at various age levels and moved on to regional tournaments in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. Last year our sponsors’ generosity made it possible for our teams to go to these.   The League and parents can only cover so much.

 

The STARS success stems from the dedication of our volunteers, managers and coaches. We are a non-profit organization and in addition to needing funds to send teams to tournaments we have the general costs of running a baseball program such as ours. Therefore, we would appreciate any support that your company or organization can give to the kids in our program. All donations are tax deductible and letters will be sent to all sponsors upon request. Please see the attached form regarding the sponsorships we offer and I appreciate any consideration you give to becoming a Stars Sponsor.   For more info on the STARS visit our website www.clarkstownstars.com
